NAD+ IV dosage

We offer personalized treatment plans based on the medical direction of a physician and paramedic on staff. Liberty IV offers dosages of 250 mg, 500, and 1,000 mg. All therapy is delivered on an individual basis. The NAD+ used at Liberty IV is freshly compounded in a pharmacy and then laboratory tested. We do not administer lyophilized NAD+ and reconstitute it prior to use. You will feel the difference in the power of the supplements and additives we use.

NAD+, or Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide, is an essential nutrient found in all cells that can lead to decreased efficiency and energy output when levels start to decrease over time. By administering NAD+ through IV therapy, one can restore energy to cells and increase energy output, resulting in more mental clarity, muscular endurance, and other benefits. NAD+ can also be used to reset neurotransmitters at different concentrations and help combat addictions and chemical dependencies. For instance, for individuals who have been taking opioids for an extended period, NAD+ can be used to take them off the drug in about ten days. It can also be used to detox from medications such as benzodiazepines, alcohol, or nicotine.

Dosage amounts for NAD+ are dependent on specific effects targeted, such as increasing GABA in the brain, decreasing dopamine threshold, or resetting specific neurotransmitters. NAD+ replenishes and helps receptors recover from stimulation, such as that caused by benzodiazepines or nicotine. This nutrient also decreases the dopamine threshold over time and can help combat dopamine desensitization problems caused by staring at screens for prolonged periods. Decreased dopamine levels can result in a lack of motivation, drive, and libido, quick anger, and the inability to accomplish tasks effectively.

NAD+ can also help support mitochondrial health by acting as a precursor to making more ATP in the body, which supports and runs the mitochondria. Dosage amounts are not discussed in the given content, but it is important to note that dosages should be determined by a healthcare provider and tailored to individual needs. It is not recommended to self-administer NAD+ as incorrect dosage amounts can lead to harmful side effects.
